What are BioSana iD Pellet Impants?

New Life MedSpa and Wellness Center utilizes a more modern form of Hormone Replacement Therapy provided by BioSana iD. Bioidentical hormone replacement pellets are tiny cylinders that are surgically implanted into the hip or abdomen. This dosage form more closely mimics how your body releases hormones than oral medications, while being safer to people or pets that you may touch than topical applications. How Does Pellet Therapy Work?

Pellet therapy provides a bioidentical hormone that is not metabolized into byproducts by going through the liver, stomach, or skin. This delivery system allows your body to use the right amount of hormone from the pellet as the blood flow surrounding the pellets picks up what is needed.

How are Pellets Made?

The BioSana iD pellets are made under FDA oversight following cGMP procedures with equipment that allows for consistent potency, hardnes and sterility. Digital depth measurement and pneumatic pressure are utilized to guarantee pellet uniformity. Both pellet weight and hardness criteria are tested throughout the manufacturing process.

Next, the pellets are packaged in glass vials designed to maintain sterility in glass vials designed to maintain sterility and prefent breakage during shipping.
